KFC Canada’s brand needed a new light, and that’s where T3 came in with CRM. KFC VIP, formerly known as Colonel’s Club, is how we want to define KFC Canadas most high value customers.

KFC VIP

ALWAYS ORIGINAL

Every CRM communication should feel distinctly KFC.  From subject line to product styling, every detail is an extension of the brand. If it’s generic enough to work with any brand, it isn’t KFC.

PHOTOGRAPHY

The food should always look real and craveable, as if you could reach through the screen and grab it. There should always be more food and less packaging, except when using the KFC iconic bucket. Food should be allowed to spill out of containers while using supporting items like sauce in bowls to add a sense of realness.
